For the life of me, I can't seem to get the 1000 and 360 to play nice. Sometimes it will turn the 360 on but not off and vice versa. Any suggestions? I seem to have more luck turning the 360 on but very seldom does it turn it off. I have to get up and hit the button as the help button ont he 1000 doesen't work.
