Does anyone know an easy way to find a list of HDM titles containing 7.1 audio tracks? Released or announced? Googling and searching the forum hasn't turned up anything.

Thanks.

All The Lionsgate Marvel Cartoon BD's have 7.1

BDs are by definition NOT DVDs.

Thank you for that technically correct, but useless insight. For that matter, DVDs can't have 7.1 audio tracks; only HD DVDs can have 7.1 audio tracks. However, I think the intent of the original question was reasonably clear.

[Changed topic title and first post to clarify that my question was about HDM titles in general.]

Hard to believe this list doesn't exist somewhere, but I can't find it. We have this (http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?t=766588) topic here, but it's not safe to assume that DD+, DTHD, DTH or DTMA necessarily mean a 7.1 audio track, is it?

Thanks.

There are a couple with 6.1 (The Descent, for example).

Supposedly Pan's Labyrinth will have 7.1.

You're looking at a long list. I believe this is where decoding in the receiver makes more sense than decoding in the player since current HD-DVD players only decode up to 5.1. (I'm not sure about Blu, so I won't speculate.)

Relevant to this thread would be "Mendelssohn - A Midsummer Night's Dream" on HD-DVD.

There are a few music HD DVDs with 7.1 audio, but I am not aware of any movies yet.

Mendelssohn - A Midsummer Night's Dream is 5.1 as other Opus HD titles.
As I know all Opus masters are 5.1/5.0.
