Has anyone here tested the Logitech Harmony software with Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)? The website says it's only good with versions up to and including 10.4.8...

No success? What happens when you try to run it? :(

Bump.

Does anyone know if Logitech is any closer to releasing a Leopard-compatible version of their software?

The latest version of the Harmony software, ver 7.3.2.5, works fine for me with OS 10.5.1 on a PowerBook. What kind of problems are you experiencing with the Harmony software on Leopard?

No it doesn't. Logitech support sent me this reply which confirms it:

On another forum, someone mentioned that the 7.4 software would be out later this month. Hopefully that will address the issues with Leopard.

I'm using the software v.7.3.2 for my H676 on Leopard OS X (10.5.1) and have had no problem. Used it to add the HD-A3 HD-DVD player I got for Christmas as a device and an activity. Then make a few tweaks a couple more times. Worked just fine for me.

I just updated to the latest version last night and ran on 10.5.1 without any issues. This was for a Harmony 720. I think they use a unified code base so it shouldn't matter which remote you use, but at least in this one case, it worked fine for me.

EDIT: My harmony software is version 7.3.2.5.

I can second the report of the Harmony software working with 10.5.1. I have version 7.3.2.5 running on my Macbook Pro. I seem to remember that I had to re-install the software after I upgraded from Tiger before it would work properly.

For the record, I use a 890 with the RF control and all works great with 10.5.1.

I'm also using the latest Harmony software downloaded from their site and it works fine with Leopard on my 13" MacBook. I'm using an 880 remote.

No problems with my new MacBook and my old Harmony 688.

I can't get the Harmony software to work ever since I updated to OSX 10.5.2. The Harmony 'ware keeps blabbering about "security software". I don't HAVE any.
