That article doesnt quote him or infer in any way that WB is going to the Blu side; in fact, I would read it as that Warner would go HD DVD exclusive based on the prices of HD DVD players recently.

Most notably, Dan Silverberg, VP of high-definition media for Warner Home Video, stated that "one thing that may be changing is [Warner's] strategy," and he continued by proclaiming that hardware prices had reached a point where consumers "no longer wanted to decide" which format reigned supreme. The speech actually got interesting when he mentioned that the "notion of staying in two formats for the duration is something the company was re-evaluating."

Anyways I still think Warner will go HD exclusive. They have worked with Toshiba for a long time releasing movies not on blu-ray. They also are putting one in the box of the new players. They also were with HD-DVD only for a point before anything was sold.

They will make the right choice and go with HD-DVD.

Are you saying the 2 others were way off and now that they said something about Warner going Blu-ray it's really not going to happen?

Well we may find out tomorrow. Kosty reports that they are doing a press announcment for 10/31. No one seems to know what they are actually going to "announce."
