I have a buddy getting ready to finish out his basement and doing more of a media room instead of the a dedicated HT. Without the total light control and his lack of enjoyment for tweaking, then CRT is definitely out for him.

I was just wondering if someone locally here had one that we could check out? It seems to have gotten great reviews and is an excellent value. Also, will the RS2 be that great of an improvement?

there is a high end store across from plaza frontiac mall. Sorry i have forgottten the name of the store. they were suppose to get in a dreamvision. which from my understanding (from this forum) is a rebadged rs1.
