Baby girl is due in a few weeks. Having a small condo now filled with baby items has me realizing my Polk 5.1 tower system has to go. I've auditioned a number of small systems recently and did not like the polks, Klipschs or def techs. I really did like the sound of the orbs (Mod2), B&W M1's and although not as small the Paradigm atom monitors. Has anyone had the chance to compare these 3 companies’ products side by side for sound comparison? My receiver is a Denon 3802 and my budget is around $800-$1000 for a 5.1 system. I will be keeping my Klipsch sub.

Babies and stand mounted speakers don't mix well. Your floorstanding speakers might survive a toddler, but stand mounted speakers will not. :eek:

Are you thinking wall mounted speakers?
