The picture on my TV seems to be off center. I have played around in the service menu trying to fix it but nothing seems to work. On another TV in my dorm, there is an option to set the rotation, ex. -2, -1, 0, +1, +2 etc. but I don't think this is available on my JVC. What are my options to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure there's nothing in that SM indicating horizontal or vertical - size or position?
And as I always preach - Write down original values for anything you changed, and write down what you changed them to!!!
It is helpful to have a test pattern DVD running to center the geometry, reduce overscan(% of picture you don't see) and any distortion(pincushioning etc). That way you know when the Weather Channel is cutting off on one side and there's an acre of blue on the other - it's the cable company's fault.

The left and right and top and bottom is fine, nothing is cut off. It just seems like the picture is centered more to the left than it should be.
