I have been searching for an utility to verify the quality of a video signal that is connected to a capture card on a Windows XP system. (Vectorscope, Waveform, etc)

Anyone know where I can find a vectorscope software for windows that works with capture cards? I have tried google but not much luck.

For RGB you want an oscilloscope not a vector scope.

Dscaler has some scope capabilities but with regard to actual voltage accuracy I suspect its just some sort of pedestal reference rather than an objective measurement.

Avisynth and I think IUVCR also have scope plugins.

I have seen references to such software but not tried any.
