just recieved avia II home theatre guide dvd.very easy to use and navigate. i have a 60" sony lcd tv and achieving deep blacks was really difficult.but with this avia i was able to calibrate to get the darkest blacks my tv was capable of and it looks great!it has 2 sections one is for basic video calibration with tutorials with 2 hdtv dudes talking you through it.but then you get to advanced calibration and this sucks cuz you have to log onto their website to know what to look for with the patterns.and even then they are not very clear.is it worth it? yes cuz they often mention hdtv and plasma and lcd etc.so at least its up to date with todays standards.i didnt use any of the audio tests cuz my system sounds awesome.but those were quite extensive also. enjoy!
