I went to BB yesterday to try and preview an optoma and mits 1500 projector, but they didnt have the factory remotes, and the harmony that they used for all of the equipment wasnt programmed correctly, and basically just turned the PJs on and off, and didnt do that very well. Both sales reps that I talked to were very rude and offered no help. I just wanted to mess with the settings and watch an HD feed, they had them hooked up to a non HD source while the TVs they had were all hooked up to HD sources. So then I went to BB with a magnolia center, and all they had were the newest high end stuff, and I just want a 720p projector, and again I asked if they had the 1500 hooked up somewhere and they didnt.


CLIFFS NOTES: I'm tired of dealing with the big box stores, and I am trying to find someone in the Memphis, TN area or within 60-90 miles that I can preview some stuff with. It would be greatly appriciated and I will compensate you for your time and selfless use of bulb life with a case of beer, lunch, or something like that.

Any help would be great, or maybe if you know of a good home theater shop in this area I can goto that would be great too.

I just bought the Mitsu 1500, as soon as my screen,etc. come in next week I'll would be more than glad to let you come check it out. I am out in Cordova, past the mall.
