Hey guys,
Closing in on the finish line here, the carpet gets installed on Thursday, and the speakers should arrive on Teusday.

I have decided on a 106" Elite Cinetension screen, but not sure which screen material to pick.

I also havent decided on a projector, so I am trying to limit down my list.
I will definately be going 72op. I will catch the 1080p bug in a cpl years.

So, my question is with the elite screen and assume generous projector placement options from 14 - 20ft.

How many lumens would I need, if I wanted to have a superbowl party once in a while, but most of my viewing will be with the lights off, so contrast is important to me.

Is 1100 lumens enough? And which screen material would you recommend for limited ambient light situations? Ie 3 - 4 times a year

Forgot to add, here is my short list:
Optoma 7300
Sharp Z5
Mistubsishi 3000u
Pana AX200u

I'd like to keep it under $1500, but I am open to other projector ideas as well.

Perhaps a Mits 1500u and Carada bw screen. Bright, punchy image.

I don't wanna be quirky, but it is the Sanyo Z5 i guess?

NM: The DT-500 is too short of throw for that screen size give that distance.
