If I am currently running hd broadband cable tv through comcast, will i be able to hook this up to this projector and run tv in hd through my projector? does this projector have hookups to a receiver to run fiber optic cabling and speakrers, will this projector display hd tv in 720p? Can i hook up a hd dvd player to it and if i hook my 360 up to it will it play in hd? Anyone who owns or knows anyhting about this projector your opinions are greatly appreciated! just looking for any and all informaiton about purchasing this projector because I am very clueless on it and just think it would be really cool to have!

Unfortunately, the DV11's native resolution is 800x600, i.e. 4x3. It's not a very good choice for display of HD sources; it seems to be more of a business projector in a convenient package. Often you'll see it advertised as if it were a 16x9 widescreen projector, but this simply isn't the case.

According to Optoma it's a 480p native widescreen projector. It is intended for home theater viewing. It will accept an HD source, but it will not show it in HD - just 480p.

I know, Optoma's specs are totally misleading. This comes up from time to time. If you check the manual it becomes clear it's a 4x3 projector. Or check the review here:
