Hi everyone thought I was pretty tech savy but this one has me baffled . How can I select differant audio options from the Disc menu ? On Transformers & 300 for example when I select MENU - Setup - Audio - all I get is a new window with Audio & a box choice either x or blank ? ? ?
On SD dvd's always got the options listed . So how to pick DD+ or True HD
although I only have optical out at this point still should be able to choose right ?
I think if I press audio on player (A2) it does change but I have no idea to what unless I go back to movie & then hit display . Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

no thats right.

but what I do is hit info button first so I can see the track properties, THEN do the audio change until it says TrueHD or whatever you want to hear.

I find it kinda goofy that some titles do it in the HD-DVD menu and some make you hit the audio button.

I'll play around with it more the next time I fire up my Projector . Just found it kind of odd that you just cant scroll through a list of your audio options like on SD dvd,s. Oh well its no big deal. Still cant figure out what the x in the box means though . It just toggles x or a blank square next to audio button. This is from the Disc menu not the A2 set up menu.

The menu audio box with the X in it is for toggling on/off the menu clicking sounds as you move around the menu options.

The Languages menu is where you see the list of soundtracks available on the disc.
