I own the KDS-50a3000 ... I absolutely love it. I would read both of the owners threads and find out what better suits you. I know both TV's have their share of problems, so it would be in your best interest to read up a little, instead of asking people who are biased to the TV they own or want.:)

I've got the 60" A3000 and I'm a big supporter of this set.
