thinking about a lcd but then saw this tv...seems pretty nice, mostly for gaming but of course for hd dvd and blueray eventually so would like opinions on this dlp

how often would a bulb normally last and how much are they..is this a good tv for gaming or should I go with LCD..thanks in advance

That is a 720p tv...is that what you really want? Get a HL-T5087S (1080p)...no lamp to change.

would be nice but can't really afford that one now, my budget is around 1200

btw what are some other slim dlps that dont have the lamp to change?

Get the 56" JVC, it has a lamp but it's 1080p & in your price range
