I have a Vizio 20inch LCD and a Time warner Explorer 8300HDC

When i watch the HD channels like locals ABC, NBC etc... the Picture is perfect great quality but when i got to the digital network and watch something like Scifi or fox soccer channels the picture is terrible all snowy

even when the local HD news broadcast non HD pictures it goes snowy and grainy?

does anyone have any idea why ?

ok the replaced the box and the picture is better of course they left and i found out that when i record a HD show and try to watch another hd channel there all blank? any one has an idea why ?

May be you need updated firmware in your tv box, ask your cable company.
