I am looking for any feedback, suggestions or opinions anyone may have. I currently have a Sony 1272 with a Faroudja LD-200 line doubler. The Faroudja has a composite, S-VHS and VGA pass through. My current hook up is all standard definition material through the S-VHS and my high definition satellite receiver is component out into a key digital component to vga and then passed through the Faroudja via vga. I have purchase a Toshiba HD-A1 and am getting ready to purchase a Blue Ray player, just haven't decided on the model yet. My question is what is my best option for hooking these players up. I figure I could by the HD Fury or the Moome HDMI Input Card. Any opinions on which one of these is better or do the work about the same? I know this has been discussed before, but I am driving myself crazy trying to decide which is the best option for me, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The moome has multiple inputs IIRC, but isn't going to be easy to find. The HDFury will work great, but only for one source. You'd need an HDMI switcher, or to keep changing plugs.
Everyone that has both an HDFury and Moome card have said that the Moome card gives better image quality. Hard to imagine as I have an HDfury and it already looks fantastic. I have yet to see a Moome card in action. The Moome cards give you more options (component intput, gamma, etc) but are more expensive.

Thanks for the responses. I just bought a Toshiba HDA3 and the Samsung BDP1400 tonight and have hooked them up through a component switcher and then into a key digital component to vga converter and then passed through my Faroudja LD-200. The picture on both players looks great, so I am going to leave it this way for the time being. Once I upgrade my processor to the Integra 9.8 with HDMI I will probably by either the HD Fury or a Moome HDMI input card. Thanks for the help.

Sorry, but I got the model number wrong on the Samsung. I bought the BDP1200, not the 1400. Thanks Again.
