For the different of price 700$ is there a reason of not buying the PDP-5070 vise the PDP 5080 and what is the different between the two

The 5070 presents a great value if you can find it for $700 less. However, the 5070 can't be found. It is officially deceased, while its 5080 counter partner has resurrected with flying colors. I would stick with the 5080, unless you want the PDP5000EX, which are still available!

Go 5080.

5070 ain't too shabby and its actually pretty damn good. It just doesn't have that mega contrast pop that the newer 5080 has. For 700 bucks... I say its well worth it. You'll get different replies. I've owned the 5070, and the 5080 was the first Kuro I saw and it blew me away for what I was using it for. Dim room movie watching.

If you order it from the US though you can get a 5080 for even less than that (no price talk allowed here though).

In Canada if you buy a Pionner in USA they don't recognise de Warranties
it taking a big chance to save money

You can buy 5080 for about the same price or maybe even cheaper in Canada with warranty.
