Okay im lost in knowing which cables i really need.

I have a sharp aquos 42" 1080p
the new samsung HTIB 5.1 system that supports all the googies.
xbox 360 hdmi


what cables will give me max performance without wasting my money on cables i dont need.

1.3 or regular? netted or non netted? should i get a subwoofer cable to upgrade the RCA one it comes with? any other cables i should get for audio?

I want the best performance, i dotn want to get annoyed because i got cheap cables. ill spend 10 bucks more if it will make a difference.

I've asked the same question but no replies:( I have a PS3 and a Yamaha Home Theater and Dish Network and a not sure about the cables either. I was told I should also buy an optical cable for the PS3??

all of that looks fine... plug it in and don't worry...

HDMI is HDMI there is no wrong or right to it unless you want to update to HDMI 1.3 compliance which is still backward compatible any way.

I second Monoprice....their prices are awesome I bought three a few months ago for a fraction of what you would pay for the cheapest store bought HDMI cables.

Monoprice.com is fine for HDMI cables under 25'. At 25' and beyond, you may need to look at other cables.

Check out Newegg.com for good, less expensive cables. My purchase price was better at Newegg.com than at Monoprce.com.
