Hello,
I have an unusual setup, my computer monitor and TV face each other. When I'm using one device, my back is turned to the other. I was interested in a speaker setup that could be used for watching TV or the computer. I would be buying a 5.1 setup, with the center/front channel located by the TV and the 2 rears by computer. When I use the speakers for computer use, I want the receiver to change the 2 rear speakers to fronts. Is there a way to configure a receiver to do this? If so, can any receiver do this or will I have to buy a special one capable of this feature. Thanks all - hopefully the answer is yes and I can buy something tonight.
