When Verizon Technician installed 3 Player (Internet + TV + Phone) in my house the installer setup the Verizon email which few minutes later I found there is miss-spelling in may user email name which he said it is impossible for him to make any adjustment and correct the misspelling.
Since then I have talk to more 20 people in tech and support department of Verizon to correct this situation with no avail. They all claim it is impossible to correct the miss-spelling and edit the customer first email setup. The only solution the claim to be alternate email (second profile email) Does anyone has faced the typed lemma from Verizon, this is really absorb for the such high tech company to be so unable to edit the customer email profile.
