Ok so my room is a little cluttered.. It doubles as computer, tv, and a bedroom..
But hey! i want my surround sound!

Ok so a few questions.
Most speaker placement charts show placing them at ear level and show there placement...Well my seating is directly against a wall so that doesnt work so well. And my 1 wall on my right is a closet, the left is a wall (so i cant mount a speaker on wall on the right.. and besides its not a even distance)
Do basiclly what im wondering is if it is ok to ceiling mount the rear's and aim them at the listening spot. The chair is about 3-5 inches from the wall so i could ALMOST get them on ceiling behind the chair, instead of just having them aim down.
Im just not sure, maybe i should go with 2.1 ... i really wanted surround tho.
