Attached to this post is a .doc file containing the paper log I use with the DVDR3575H. I use the log as a tool to stay organized for dubbing DVD's.

The general process I follow is:
1. Set up timer schedule for next 24 hours.
2. When schedule for all programs is set, enter scheduled programs into log in chronological order. (I found this to be more efficient that trying to discover the name of the recording after it was recorded.)
After program(s) has(have) been recorded:
3. Checkmark the log as the recorded program progresses through the process.
(Edit title > Scene delete > Dub > Finalize > Verify > update external database).
4. Delete from DVDR3575H and cross out in log.

I keep the pages in an Avery 1" binder (fold back type) along with the log for my other PVR.
