Absolutely fine except for the graphics card...

Everything is awesome except the video card. With an 8400 you can expect to play anything you want on high settings at 800x600 or medium settings at 1024x768, roughly. If you want higher resolutions, you can expect to drop another $120-250 to get an 8600gt, 8600gts, or 8800gt. The 8600GTS specificly is an amazing value. For ~$160, you get a card that will play anything at high settings at 1280x1024 or 1440x900. Look at the 8800gt for higher resolutions.

All good except for the graphics card, pickup a 512mb 8800 GT.
