We have Charter analog cable since the end of 2005. About 5 months ago, many channels began to develop sound problems, they simply sound hollow and broken. Many services call later, all the tech concluded: signals sent by stations were bad, not our line. I checked with many people (with analog cable) in the area, they have same problems - and Charter is not fixing it. Each time we called, Charter tried really really hard to sell us "digital package"..., I begin to develop conspiracy theory...
Can someone with Direct TV or Dishnetwork please check your comedy central and game show network ? If they sound good, I am leaving Charter.
PS: Thank you for your help. It's strange here, people we know have analog cable don't care quality of sound or snow on screen; people we know have digital source want to hang out all day, all the time (I don't dare to call them).
