Hi all,

I'm currently getting a new house built, in the best situation I could provide the wires and cables so they pass them in the walls durring construction.

Right now, I have a (480p)DVD player, xbox 360 (hd) directly connected to my HDTV via component.

My marantz amp dont support video switching exept svideo...so its a no go.

In the close future, I will mount a front projector....any sugestion on cables I should buy and provide so they can pass it in the wall? I have 17' floor and projector will be around 8' from the floor + distance to AV equipment, that mean around 35' of cable.

Projector going to support 1080i for sure, not decided for 1080p (price...)

BTW,

1-my xbox and current DVD/sacd player dont have hdmi,
2- probably going to use a quality video switcher because I will drive projector+ regular tv
3- maybe I should buy both (component + dvi) from monoprice and pass them in wall...

Please, any opinions are welcome
