I ordered a Benq W500 for less than $800 this weekend from a well known and reputable on-line retailer. I was notified today that they have sold out and wanted to know if I would like to substitute my purchase.

I very new to PJ's and got a theater in our new home from the previous owners. I currently have a 13' x 13' room dedicated for a theater, no windows, controlled lighting, it's pitch black in there if I close the door. The room currently has an Optoma H30 running off of composite cables, from the receiver. I want to replace that projector and I was kinda sold on the W500 for the price I found it at. Now that it's no longer an option, I noticed they sell a Mit's HC1500 would that be a good compromise or perhaps better replacement to the W500?

Thanks in advance.

If you don't mind a rebate and still want the W500 for less than $800 you might want to look here:
