Hello, I'm new here - first post, please redirect me if I need to post it in a different area.

A salesman told me that he can get me this:
JVC DLA-RS2U projector (can't post the link because I'm new - sorry) + an 80 inch drop down screen and necessary cables for 5.6 grand.

First off, is this projector any good? I mean overrall.

Secondly, what is the difference between DLP 1 chip and 3 Chip D-ILA? And what about between DLP3 Chip and D-ILA 3 Chip?

Thirdly, will the (seemingly) low 700 ansi lumens on this projector make it look bad?

Fourthly, how fast is its processing? I mean for watching hockey etc etc, can it keep up? Will it pixelate at all?

Fifthly, what's the difference between the JVC DLA-RS2U and the JVC DLA-RS1U?

Sixthly, is the deal the saleman said he could get for me a steal, or is he ripping me off?

AND lastly, please, (and thanks for all the advice), can I get any projector and/or deal with pic quality this good for LESS MONEY? And can I get it the same type of projector but with more lumens for the same amount of money?? Thank you VERY VERY MUCH

Thank you very much

PS. The pole question is simply:

Is the JVC DLA-RS2U + any 80 inch drop down screen + necessary cables and no home setup charge for $5,600 a...
1. Amazing deal
2. Good deal
3. Decent deal
4. Pretty bad deal
5. REALLY bad deal

I thknk you would be better off over in the projector forum with this.

Do some basic reading in that forum or by Google search and you'll quickly come up with the diferences between the DLP and D_ILA technologies, as well as this projector vs. RS-1, etc.

From what I've seen, $5600 with a motorized screen is an exceptional price.
