Im currently planning my theater and im trying to figure the best height for my front stage where i will place my speakers currently. Im building it so i can go with an AT screen later and place speakers behind. Right now they will be up against the side walls pretty tight due to my 110 screen. Anyways right now im thinking a 4'' stage so that i can keep my sub up on stage along with speakers. With sub heights up around 22'' i have to keep my stage low due to my soffit of around 1'. I figure i should keep it at 4'' now for a platform for my sub and then later on build redo it raising the height along with steps and such once i get my AT screen and speakers behind. By the way im going with rockets 850's up front. they are 45'' high and not sure what the tweeter height is on these.

-Ive also included a sketch of my projectors shot at the screen and my only worry is my want to play wii in my theater and from the looks of things it looks like ill only be able to do it if i shrink to under 5'9''. any input on this would help. Id love to move the projector to the middle of the room but id like to keep my star ceiling without slamming a projector in the middle of it. It seems ive got a decision to make wii or star ceiling :rolleyes:
