why the hell is Directv using a standard def feed for this game when Sportsnet is bragging about their feed being in HD tonight??!!

bad enough Avalanche fans hardly get the Altitude home feeds at all this year

Tried to watch on SNHD and got......nothing.
Black screen, no audio, just.....nothing :(

Maybe they didn't get the HD feed they were expecting?

The game was in HD last night on Sportsnet (channel 298 on star choice)

Actually D* has had the Avalanche HD feeds on spot beam since the beginning of last season, as well as the Nuggets games, for those of us in the Rocky Mountain RSN area. What is odd, is that last night's game was in HD on 644-1 here in Colorado where that is our RSN, yet it appears they didn't open up the feed to NHLCI subscribers outside of this area. Who knows what is going on in the minds (and I use that term generously) of those in the D* control room.
