I am sure many of you have received the news that one of the, IMHO, preeminent sales reps from Visual Apex is leaving the company after many years. I just want to go on record as saying that it has been a pleasure to deal with Paul and his company over the last 6+ years. I bought my first plasma from Paul in 2001. My very first plasma, a Panasonic, had some manufacturing issues. Paul worked diligently with me and the Panasonic reps to take care of the problem. He sent me a replacement, and when that unit had the same defect, he was able to get Panasonic to send technicians to my home to retrofit a repair. That TV still works great. I have purchased more plasmas and such from Paul over the years and have sent many family and friends to him. The quality of Paul's and VA's services have always been exemplary, and on those few occasions when an issue would come up, Paul always resolved them to my satisfaction, or that of my friend or family member making the purchase.

Paul's professionalism was and continues to be beyond reproach. He always made himself accessible, was extremely easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about his products. When I occasionally asked some ultra technical question that he couldn't answer, he never hesitated to go right to the source to find the answer.

Paul has been the benchmark for his industry. I'd like to wish him great success in his future endeavors. We'll miss him.
