I currently have wall paper that I like very much in my HT, but it's light and now made for HT.
I was going to paint it using some recommendations here. (e.g. Ralph Lauren Suede), and another similar suggestion given. I started to do it, but found the color is nice and dark, and good for HT, but makes things look depressing with the lights on (with black ceiling and all).
So I was thinking of leaving the cool light colored wall paper, and using curtains to cover from the side walls from the screen to the seats (~ 12 feet). I don't mind the hassle of pulling the curtains when watching, and thought perhaps also it'd give an even better image (as I'd get deep black curtains) and may even be better acoustically then the painted drywalls.
Whaddya think?
