my cable network (time warner) has added abotu 10 new HD channels in teh past two months since then my box 8300HD running some version of SARA has gotten really really slow, is this typical and is there anythign I can do to fix it?

A cold boot (pull out the power cord for a few seconds) is usually the first thing to try. Has it been slow for a long time? If it's just a short while, maybe it was downloading EPG updates?

thanks I'll try that...it's been slow for about 3-4 weeks
