Anyways I am hoping to pick up the Panasonic 50PX75U tv today but which DVD player to go with ? My budget is really low (around $100) and do not want to splurge on HD DVDs yet till a clear winner is determined. I do watch a lot of DVDs and PQ is very important to me...
Do I :
...use my current Pioneer 480p DVD player with component?
...buy the Sony NS77HB with cheap HDMI cable?
...save and buy Oppo 980H player and live with 480p for DVD for now?
...don't consider Oppo as my TV can't do 1080p anyways and difference between 480p vs 720p is minor?
Please help a newbie :(
