I just received this film from Amazon and have a problem. When I select "play movie" nothing happens. I tried the other menu selections with the same result. Is this a bad disc? My player is a Panny BD10 and it has had no problems playing over 200 blu-ray discs.
Thanks,
Tom
Id say so. Return it to amazon or a local retail. As you'll be getting the same movie I assume

Yeah, they shouldn't have a problem exchanging it for another copy of the same film. I haven't had any problems with it myself (PS3).

I had a problem with the disc and my Panny until I upgraded the firmware

I had a bad disk from Amazon also. They would just send you another one with no questions asked.

It’s maybe just that your player is slow. My player is slow; the movie sits there for long time and then starts playing after awhile.
Go hit ‘play the movie,’ and then do other things: cook popcorn, browse Internet, have sex with or without a partner. Then go back to your home theater, and the movie should start playing by then.

I love Amazon. Best customer service by far of all the giant shopping entities. ^_^
