Hi.

Can anyone tell me the difference between the MRF-300 vs MRF-250?
I plan to buy them with the mx-3000 remote.

However, I am not really sure what the differences?

The 300 has a separate antenna and is much less prone to interference than the 250.

They're both being discontinued, so I would look to the MRF-260 or 350 with the MX-3000. The differences between the MRF-250, 260 and 350 are outlined here (http://www.surfremotecontrol.com/MRF_upgrade.htm).

Can anyone tell me the advantages and disadvantages of the narrow band?

I guess it has less interference but maybe older devices won't work with it?
