Guys,

I'm one of those who bought their MX-850 just prior to URC starting their no-support policy for end users.

Last time I needed to update my MX-850, Brien was kind enough to send me the update program. But I just recently lost my hard drive and need to get another copy of the MX-850 software. Can anyone please help?

Enter serial and you are good to go. PM is this doesnt work.
