Production was a little rocky in the beginning with PQ and audio issues, but when I checked back in for the last 45 mins, it looked very good. A couple of cams were grainy.

I like the format. Better than the CNN "yell from the podium" "gotcha" format. I think I actually learned some policy positions from these candidates for the first time.

Dan Rather mentioned the Republican candidates were invited but none accepted to be part of this 3 hour event. I had assumed this was a "democratic debate" until he mentioned this.
