amazon market place is the best place I've found for the secondary market. I haven't received a bad disc yet and have found better pricing than the classifieds. Also as the other member mentioned here, Home Theater Forum, DVDtalk's exchange forum are good member to member places.

Half.com - which is a part of eBay.

FYE at the malls have them and Movie stop, usually right next to a game stop :-) Ive bought many from them and still havent had a problem. I also have bought about 60 HD and Blu ray on ebay and have never had a problem :-)

Used book stores such as half price books as they often have a used movie section.

Wait for the buy one get one free on amazon. I don't know if you can get cheaper than $9 per movie for a new movie - cheaper price than a used set :)

Out of all the places I get used Blu Ray and HDDVD movies, GameStop has by far the best prices and they are always buy two get one free. Get their discount card, and it's even better.
