A few weeks ago I purchased the above Samsung and this week had Comcast install a DVR Box--Motorola----things were going fine until I tried yesterday to watch the weather channel with closed captioning. It doesn't work despite 8 calls to both Comcast and Sansung today--both systems are enabled for closed captioning as far as I can tell but Samsung is saying that as long as I use Component One for the Comcast DVR closed caption will not work. Does anyone have any advice in this area. I need the closed captioning because of hearing problems. Regards, Len
