*Hopefully this is the right area this time* :p

I might be buying a rear projection HDTV today but first i need to know something about moving it. To get it to the room i want it in it will have to be leaned over (just about on it's side) to get it up the stairs. Will this mess up the convergence or cause any major damage to the set?

The TV is a Philips 51PP9100D 51 in.

It shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't bump or drop it. It's better to lean it screen up so that any dirt doesn't fall on the inside of the screen.

Thanks, but after seeing the TV at the guys house i decided not to get it. For some reason the white areas were super bright and there was lots of bloom and glare on the screen. I tried adjusting the settings but nothing helped. Oh well, back to LCD for me.
