Showed up call ex721.
So I called D*
Told me it was no longer in mpeg2 and I would need to upgrade.
The gave me the price of 198.00 + 19.95 for shipping to upgrade to 2 non-dvd receivers.
I know others have dealt with D* customer retention to get some good deals.

Anyone have a link to that thread?

I've been with them for 12+ years. I didn't feel like messing with them tonight, until I read some more on what I might get to switch without too much cost.

It was gone due to Sunday Ticket. It should be back now.

I know it leaves until 5PM on Sundays during the games.
But after the games the message " call ext. 721" came up, so I called, and was told it was no longer on that tier, and I would have to upgrade to mpeg4 to get it.

I just checked my HR10 - It definately is still MPEG2.

It's showing up as 721 for me on my HR21. So it's not an issue of MPEG2 vs MPEG4. I think someone left the channel on NFLST mode, and forgot to switch it back to TNTHD.

I just called back and talked to a tech this time,
they said it will be back up in about a hour.
