Are there any reviews for the Blade Runner HD DVD set?

EDIT: Or Blu Ray.

If you are interested in Blade Runner you can also get the 3 disc 25th ann soundtrack and I recommed amazon.com to see the description, it contains a new 3 disc specially created by vanglies for the 25 th ann..check it out guys

bet money that guy is full of **** or has a setup issue, he said he was using pc to bravia 1080p 46" set, could be DVI issues from his PC

I don't believe it for a second ;)

I hope you're right Gary, I think i'd shed a tear if the presentation isn't extremely close to the digital projection at the cinema.

I have the movie, I couldnt se any issues other then its a movie from 1982. An looks that way.

Warner has done a fantastic presentation of this movie.

Nothing fo the HD versions yet
But the UK 5 DVD Limited Edition Tin package seems pretty good value for money on first look.

There's a green tint on the SD version of this movie, which is abnormal. I'm sure the theaters prints and the HD don't look that way. It's even apparent on your grab, this is not the Matrix, but it looks like it ! I have to set the green to -40 on my plasma to have the movie looking as it should, with whites white, and reds red.

Look at this, it's obviously greenish, the whole scene is like that, as is most of the movie, on SD pal DVD that is.

According to the review at High Def Digest (http://hddvd.highdefdigest.com/1040/bladerunner_cce.html), it is supposed to have a greenish cast:

Colors are also fantastic. This new restoration corrects the overly reddish tint from the previous DVDs, and the subtle and striking blue-green casts are now far more apparent. Fleshtones are also far more consistent, despite all the stylized lighting.
