I *think* my tv has a problem. I recently purchased a Samsung HLT4675S, and ever since I bought it, the picture settings that I change on the tv do not stay! After 15-45 minutes of continuous use (and everytime I turn on the tv) the picture resets itself to factory settings. Is there some way I can make my changes stay? It happens with all inputs, and all the different factory settings (movie, games, standard, etc.). Easy fix? New tv? Thanks!!

Strange, With my Samsung HLP the Picture color settings are set and saved for each individual connection and the Picture Size settings are set and saved for each different resolution received over each interface. It may depend on how you make the settings, whether you live the picture menu using Exit or if you back out using the left arrow key. Check your user manual for details.

It's in shop mode. So when in a store if a customer changes the settings it will go back to its defaults. You can turn shop mode off. I forget exactly how its only holding one button down during startup. Do a search for shop mode and you will find out how to do it.
