I searched through DC/Baltimore/Northern VA threads but didn't find any for Ashburn. May be missed it or something.
Thought of starting one.
Any one who installed Roof Mounted/Attic HDTV antennas please share your experiences.

Why would you need a separate thread for Ashburn? Especially if it is an OTA antenna question? That is a legit and common question for the Washington DC-Baltimore thread. The short answer is that the Channel Master 4221 4 bay UHF antenna is a good antenna for eastern Loudoun county because of the spread in azimuth to DC and Baltimore. But the CM 4221 is not likely to get WBAL-DT 11 and WJZ-DT 13 in Baltimore from Ashburn after the analog shutdown in February, 2009 when they (along with WJLA-DT 7 and WUSA-DT 9) switch their digital channel from UHF to their upper VHF analog channels. I have a CM 4221 and a Winegard upper VHF antenna in my attic for OTA reception in Sterling. Again, try the DC-Baltimore thread or ask in the Hardware reception forum.
