I currently own a 61" Samsung HLP6163W DLP which has been great.. Now I'm looking to upgrade to something 1080p and larger..

Any recommendations? Unfortunately the room isn't right for a projector - too much light..

:confused: How can anyone seriously recommend a 65" TV as being any kind of significant improvement over a 61" TV??!!

That's EXACTLY the same as saying ooohhh ... my 19" TV is to small but all will be right in my world if I could have a 20" set!

Get serious and get a projector. For the HUGE sums of money you will save, buy some window treatment. You can get an EXCELLENT 92" to 120"+ images for a quarter of the price of the LG 71"

Pansonic makes a 103" plasma flat panel television. They are well regarded but are rather pricey.

JVC has really inexpensive 70" displays.

Toshiba 72HM196 is all you need.
