Hi everyone, can someone recommend me a simple solution. I have my laptop always connected upstairs. My lcd is in the family room. All i am looking to do is use some device that will enable me to see my desktop. Basically, when i hookup my computer to my tv using a vga cable, i get the desktop screen. I am looking for a device that will allow me to wirelessly hookup my laptop to an external monitor. Is there any device that will do this?

ahh, i wouldn't say this is simple as there's not much out there right now.

however, this (http://www.engadget.com/2007/12/11/displaylink-alereon-intro-wireless-usb-video-card-reference-des/) appears to be coming out soon.

I was just about to post that as well. It seems it only has a range of 2 meters so far, but things could improve before its release.
