I have a hitachi 57swx208 and am trying to get the protective screen out, i have took the bottom screws out but cannot get the screen out. Does anybody out there know how to do this?

Lift straight up with a slight jerk about 1 1/2".

I cannot get the side and top trim off, does it pop out?

It gently prys off and then snaps back on. Pretty sure, but its been a while.
