So I had to replace the bulb recently... at least that's what I thought needed to be replaced on my HLN437W unit... because the TV wouldn't turn on the first try. I would have to re-seat the bulb, turn it on/off a few times then it would work fine. Now... I'm sitting down playing Xbox online last night and all of a sudden the picture went out. The TV was still on but no picture, just black. It didn't turn off as I could see the light illuminating. I then noticed when I went to watch tv shortly after the picture was mostly green and upside-down. I turned it off, waited 30 minutes, turned it back on and it was fine for about 10 minutes... then it did the same thing with the backwards picture. Right before it happens I can hear the color wheel spin.

I swear, this thing has been trouble ever since I got it. I'm getting a Sony W3000 soon but would like to get this working in the meantime. Any suggestions as to what's causing the green display and the upside down picture?

I feel your pain. I muted my sansung when the phone rang and when I tried to unmute and the audio board went south. This is after I had to have the color whee replacedl this summer. samsung has got to be the biggest hunk of junk in televisions. This is my first and last samsung. I should have stuck with Sony.
