Thank you for your recent order for Led Zeppelin: The Song Remains The
Same.

Due to high demand for this product, we are experiencing some delays in
shipping and wanted to inform you that there will be a delay of up to 4
weeks to ship your order.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to
assure you that we are committed to fulfilling your order as soon as
possible.

We appreciate your business and your continued support,

Warner Home Video

"Due to high demand ..."

Umm, I pre-ordered this back in August. INCREDIBLE!

If they didn't spend so much time coming up with different excuses maybe they could ship something.

Warner's way of saying Happy Holidays?
Jeez...

Yes, the original excitement from picking titles during the "special" has given way to wondering when the fourth shipment will arrive that completes my order. Most of the pre-ordered titles arrived well after their street date when I could have picked them up locally, or at least shipped about two days later from amazon.com.

Yep, they started charging tax for me now plus their BS shipping $ makes me no longer want to buy from them. The only delay I had before was The Matrix by about a week. This is truly ridiculous. Glad I didn't order HP. I'll be picking that up locally.

Well, given that it's taken longer than 4 weeks for the majority of my stuff to ship, I'm not sure this qualifies as a "delay". I'd welcome getting this within 4 weeks.

(In case I haven't stressed it enough, this is absolutely, positively my last order with Warner's store. I don't think I've ever had a worse experience ordering online... and that's saying something.)

Wow, I can seriously see why you are all so upset, I can only imagine the Warner execs all laughing in their offices at intentionally holding back inventory and "screwing" the consumers...

Got the same e-mail. I can wait for Zep, but I really hope this doesn't happen with Blade Runner.
